Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including:

  • Other Areas: We deliver to all areas served by our shipping partners. Some remote locations may have extended delivery times.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact our customer service team for international shipping rates and delivery times.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date your order is placed. Delivery times may vary due to:

Shipping Restrictions & Special Cases

Address Verification

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Signature Requirement

For orders over Rs. 10,000, a signature is required upon delivery. This helps ensure the security of your valuable purchase.

Weather Delays

During extreme weather conditions, delivery may be delayed for the safety of our delivery personnel and your package.

Important Note

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Common reasons for undeliverable packages include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts (no one available to sign)
  • Unclaimed packages at delivery location
  • Restricted delivery area
